Kotsifakis, Anne of Flushing, New York entered into eternal life Friday, August 13, 2010 at the age of 69.  Anne is survived by her loving children George Donnelly (Stacey) and AnneMarie Rago (Robert).  She was the proudest and most adored grandmother of Kyle and Michael Rago and Liam and Victoria Donnelly.   She is also survived by her two sisters, Mary and Veronica.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at St. Patrick's Cathedral at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Our Lady.

Rooney, Lois Patricia of New York City entered into eternal life Sunday, August 8, 2010 at the age of 71.  Lois is survived by her loving sister, Mary T. Rooney of New York City.

Memorial Mass was celebrated on Mondy, August 16 at 10 a.m. at The Chapel of Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary on East 33rd Street, NYC

Interment to take place at a different date and time at St. Vincent's Cemetery, Menands, New York

Shoecraft, Anthony of New York City entered into eternal life early Sunday morning, June 20, 2010 at the age of 95.  Anthony is survived by his close friends, Luigi Boscain and Louis Basile.  Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 23rd at the Gannon Funeral Home, 152 East 28th Street, NYC from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and again from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.  Interment was at the Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, New York on Thursday, June 24, 2010.

Ligniti, Anthony of New York City entered into eternal life early Sunday morning, June 20, 2010 at the age of 92.  Anthony is survived by his loving and devoted niece, Loretta LoBiano.   Funeral Services were private.

Mak, Lai-Guen entered into eternal life in the early morning hours of June 8, 2010.  Lai-Guen is survived by her loving husband, Ki and devoted children, Michelle (David Litt) and Michael.  Visitation was held on Friday, June 11, 2010 at the Gannon Funeral Home, 152 East 28th Street, New York City.  Mass of Christian Burial wascelebrated on Saturday, June 12th at 9:00 a.m. at The Church of Our Saviour, 38th Street and Park Avenue in NYC.  Interment followed at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkill, NY.

Sofka, Elizabth M.  (nee Kerly)  of New York City entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Kindred Hospital in Wayne, New Jersey.

Elizabeth is predeceased by her husband and will be greatly missed by her nephew and nieces. 

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Church of Our Saviour. 38th Street and Park Avenue at 10 a.m.   Interment followed at the Cemetery of the Gate of Heaven in Hawthorne, NY

Kutzman, Elizabeth (Betty) (nee Muller) entered into eternal rest on Thursday morning, April 29, 2010 at Mercy Heart Nursing Home at the age of 91.

Betty is predeceased by her husband, Paul, and is survived by her two adoring children, Paul  (Janet) and Frances MacFarland (Scott).   Betty was the proud grandmother of two granddaughters, Jennifer and Karen and the proudest great grandmother of Paul, James and Christopher.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. and again from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home (same building as Gannon Funeral Home).  Mass of Christian Burial was  celebrated on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Scapular/St. Stephens Church.   Interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery.

Savastano, Rocco M.  entered eternal rest on Thursday moring April 8, 2010 at the age of 60.

Rocco is survived by his adored wife, Arlene (nee Gordon), his loving daughter Candace Carmiciano.  He is also survived by his devoted nieces, Angela Hardina and Lisa Spadafora and his sister-in-law, Fran Savastano.  He was the proudest Pop-Pop of Cienna Carmiciano and was adored by his great niece, Victoria and great nephews Bruno Vincent and Vincent James.  Rocco had an uncanny sense of humor and as such remained friends with many, many people from his early school days and from high school.  He will be sorely missed by each and everyone whose lives he touched.

Rocco, a chef by profession, also appeared in such movies as "29th Street", "Trapped in Paradise" and "My Mom's New Boyfriend".

Visitation was held at the Gannon Funeral Home on Saturday, April 10th from 7-9 p.m. and on Sunday, April 11th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 12, 2010 at Our Lady of Scapular/St. Stephens Church.  Interment followed at St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx, New York
